Our Process.

  • Discovery Call

    It all starts with a conversation. The first step is to schedule adiscovery call with me. We will chat for 15-20 minutes over the phone about your project and design goals. If we are a good fit for each other, I will email you our questionnaire for completion and schedule our consultation.

  • Consultation

    This on-site consultation allows our team to get to know you and your project better. During this two-hour meeting we will be taking measurements and photos, and interviewing you in-depth. We will also provide input and suggestions if you are unsure what you’d like. This is your time to ask questions and share our desires.

  • Action Plan

    We will then set up a phone or Zoom meeting to review the proposal and answer any questions you might have. Once the contract is signed, we will collect a deposit and begin your project. We will then prepare a cohesive design plan, mood boards, drawings, 3D renderings, product selections, samples, a budget, and everything necessary to complete your project. We will communicate regularly with you as we develop the design, and we will schedule an in-person Final Design Presentation to go over all the details.

  • Implementation

    After our presentation, my team and I will make any revisions and re-selections necessary based on your comments and feedback. Once we have received your approvals on all product selections, we will prepare a proposal and collect payment for products.

    We will place orders, handle the fulfillment logistics, and promptly take care of any issues that may arise. During this phase, we will coordinate directly with all trades and begin any renovations, new build, or custom build work.

  • Style + Reveal

    As we approach the end of the project, we will prepare and schedule for installation and Final Reveal. We will bring the furnishings to your project via our receiving warehouse, set-up and style the space(s), and resolve any deficiencies.

  • Care + Photos

    We will provide you with a Product Care Binder that contains cleaning, repair, and replacement information on the products we curated for your project. Our professional interior photographer will capture your space for our portfolio promptly after your project has completed. We will be careful to keep your information and the address of your project confidential.
